Ask Q's and expect to question the answers.

I've been working through the Girl Guide organisation at a local level for over fifteen years. Yes the Girl and surprisingly their parents want more than after school programs. They want stability of mucking up their own programs and having adults around who know when and where the answers may be. Then they want our adult help before they muck things up again From this come the experience to know where and when same patterns may be occurring. When one tried and true thing does not work to fit it... any be that adult person knows some old trick to try in this new situation. And every things back on track again. Not a chance. These Girls want to find out how and why that thing worked.

That's the difference  between our generations. Today people are to explore and ask questions why.  And each generation asks more questions.  The beauty of the Internet.
